MGK – formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly – bought his Lost Americana tour to town this month.
The US rapper turned pop-punk revivalist was at the Utilita Arena as part of a pretty much sold out UK tour.
This was another dream to shoot – fantastic lighting and tons going on in terms of MGK’s stage design.
While MGK has jumped around genres in recent years, the set was dominated by much of his pop-punk output, with a little bit of rap and a the more recent Americana sounds of his latest album.
I’ve seen my fair share of stage designs over the years – but probably not a giant interpretation of the Statue Of Liberty.
