Thistle. were back in Northampton to play a short in-store set at Spun Out record shop.
The alt-punky shoegaze trio released their latest EP backflip recently and were in town as part of a series of install gigs they’re playing across the UK to promote the record.
Six track EP backflip brings together some of the band’s recent singles alongside some new tracks and follows last year’s EP It’s Nice To See You Stranger.
thistle. will be back in Northampton in June to play at the Circuit Break festival and it’s great to see the trio doing so well across the country, picking up plaudits everywhere they go it seems at the moment.
Backflip is available on 12” clear vinyl in record shops and also via their Bandcamp page where there’s limited bundles available which include prints and zines.
