I didn’t know much about Big Fear ahead of seeing the band pop up on promoter Picky New’s gig listings and receiving and email from them.
Needless to say, they peaked my interest enough to head down to The Lab to see their headline set.
Comprising of singer Alice Edwards, guitarist Jack Wilkinson and synth player Ben Crone, Big Fear meld alt-pop and indie to great affect.
Their latest single Tide Of The Evening is out now and follows a string of singles and their debut EP Career Day.
