German electronic icons Kraftwerk headlined the inaugural Forever Now Festival at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes.
The sister festival of Cruel World in America saw bands from post-punk and adjacent genres come together for what was an an amazing day of live music.
Acts played across two stages and despite a series of setbacks on the smaller second stage, thousands enjoyed 17 acts as well as ‘in discussion’ stage the Echo Chamber which was hosted by John Robb.
Because of set clashes, it was impossible to photograph everything, but the photos below feature Kraftwerk, The Jesus & Mary Chain, The The, Billy Idol, Happy Mondays, Johnny Marr, Public Image Ltd, The Psychedelic Furs, She Wants Revenge, The Chameleons, Berlin and UK Decay.
More photos from gigs at The National Bowl are available on this site here.
