Kettering rockers Backseat Juliet will be playing at this summer’s Bloodstock Festival after winning the Northants leg of annual new band competition Metal 2 The Masses (M2TM).
Heats have been taking place across the county in recent months and The Black Prince hosted the final on Saturday.
Competing in the final were Headswitcher, Dead Villains, These Strange Explosions, Purge The Valley, Invicta, Dead Bait and Backseat Juliet.
Each band played a short set in-front of a panel of judges. Winners Backseat Juliet will join other winners from across the country on the New Blood stage at Bloodstock.
