Opus Kink – The Black Prince, Northampton

Opus Kink were back at The Black Prince as part of the band’s latest UK tour for another night of jazz infused post-punk.

It’s at least the third time I’ve seen the band and while I’m still not sold – the rate at which this band are picking up fans across the country puts me firmly in the minority. (I generally joke to the same few people that I like simple music – of which Opus Kink aren’t!)

Joining them at The Black Prince were Daffodils and Slag, the former who incorporated live pottery into their performance.
