Indie rockers The Boo Radleys were in Northampton to headline The Black Prince as part of their UK tour to support their new album In Spite Of Everything. The band are best known for their 1995 Wake Up Boo which was a huge hit in the UK and reached number nine in the UK singles chart. There was a great turn out for this one with the venue packed for The Boo Radleys. This was a bit of a good one. slowthai has been playing a run of small 'pub' gigs across the UK as part of the 'Best Night Of Your Life' tour to promote his new album UGLY. Tickets for his return to The Black Prince in Northampton sold out in about 30 seconds and there was a huge buzz around the gig. These are the first shows Ty has been playing with a live band and it sounded great. Definitely a show a lot of people are going to remember for years to come.
